1. About Pickup.am
Pickup.am ("Service", "We", "Us") is a logistics and delivery management platform operating in Yerevan, Armenia and surrounding regions. We connect merchants and businesses ("clients") with professional delivery drivers to facilitate the pickup and delivery of goods. By using the Pickup.am platform you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.
2. Services Offered
Pickup.am provides the following delivery services: • Planned delivery — scheduled next-day or future-date deliveries • Same-day delivery — orders placed and delivered on the same calendar day • Out-of-Yerevan (OOY) — deliveries to regions outside Yerevan, including nearby and far zones • Bulk order import — multiple orders submitted at once via text or Excel upload • Cash on Delivery (COD) — recipients pay the driver in cash upon delivery Routes are optimized automatically. Real-time GPS tracking and order-status updates are available throughout the delivery lifecycle.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service you must register with accurate information: full name, brand/business name, email address, and phone number. 3.1 You are responsible for the accuracy of all information provided and for keeping your account details up to date. 3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at info@pickup.am if you suspect unauthorized access. 3.3 One account per business entity. Creating multiple accounts for the same business is not permitted.
4. Placing & Managing Orders
When placing an order you must provide accurate and complete information including: • Recipient name and phone number • Pickup and delivery addresses • Package description and declared value (where applicable) • Payment method (Idram, bank card, or Cash on Delivery) You may cancel a pending order before it is assigned to a driver. You are responsible for ensuring the recipient is reachable and the delivery address is correct. Incorrect information may result in failed delivery and associated fees.
5. Delivery & Liability
Pickup.am will make every reasonable effort to complete deliveries within the estimated timeframes shown at booking. Windows may shift due to traffic, weather, or other operational factors. Pickup.am is not liable for delays caused by force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or road closures. For lost or damaged goods, Pickup.am's liability is limited to the declared value stated at the time of order creation. We are not liable for perishable goods, fragile items not declared as such, or items prohibited on the platform.
6. Payment Terms
All payments are processed in Armenian Dram (AMD). Accepted payment methods: • Idram — electronic wallet, charged before dispatch • Bank card — credit or debit card, charged before dispatch • Cash (COD) — cash collected from the recipient at the door and reconciled at pickup Invoice clients are subject to agreed settlement schedules. Outstanding balances may result in service suspension. Pickup.am reserves the right to hold or cancel orders where payment is unconfirmed or a client balance is in deficit.
7. Prohibited Uses
The following are strictly prohibited on the Pickup.am platform: • Shipping illegal goods, narcotics, weapons, or any item prohibited under Armenian law • Providing false pickup or delivery addresses • Reverse-engineering, scraping, or disrupting the platform • Harassing, threatening, or defrauding drivers or other users • Impersonating Pickup.am staff or support • Any activity that violates applicable Armenian law Violations may result in immediate account suspension and legal action.
8. Account Suspension & Termination
Pickup.am reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if: • You violate these Terms of Use • You provide fraudulent payment or contact information • Your account is used for spam, scraping, or exploitation of the platform • Continued use poses a risk to other users or drivers To appeal a suspension, contact us at info@pickup.am.
9. Intellectual Property
The Pickup.am platform, including its logo, design, codebase, and content, is the property of Pickup.am and is protected under the intellectual property laws of the Republic of Armenia. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any platform material without written consent is prohibited.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Yerevan, Armenia.
